FYI, HEAL Meetings are Open to the Public Online: NIH Videocast trending idea

Sign up for notices or check NIH Videocast. Right now the meetings cover pretty much descriptive social work, social justice and sociology topics - not much real science, medicine or biology is being reported. For example, this weeks meeting started talking about "loneliness?"  Not sure that's a science/medical topic but...your tax dollars at work.

Treat Pain trending idea

Please stop conflating pain with addiction. People in debilitating chronic pain are being denied rx analgesics without any justification for doing so leaving people like myself to buy medications online to be able to keep working. I shattered my coxis when I was a kid and have horrific nerve pain that has gone untreated for over a year.
